Allocatiewijn

Van deze wijn krijgen we een beperkte allocatie. We proberen die zo eerlijk mogelijk te verdelen. Hierbij krijgen klanten die elk jaar, ongeacht het oogstjaar deze wijn afnemen en ook andere wijnen uit assortiment bestellen voorrang. Sommige wijnen zijn eigenlijk bij voorbaat uitverkocht, maar soms komt er – afhankelijk van oogst en afzeggingen – toch nog wat beschikbaar. Uw belangstelling kunt u bij deze kenbaar maken. Let op: definitieve prijs en allocatie zijn op dit moment nog niet bekend.

Deze jaargang is inmiddels uitverkocht, als u belangstelling heeft voor de volgende (prijs nog niet bekend), kunt u dat door middel van de ‘ik heb interesse’-knop aangeven. Dan zetten we u op de lijst.

Twee derde verse most met een derde marc de savagnin, acht jaar op vat gerijpt alvorens gebotteld te worden. Zeer beperkt. In Baarn, ook per fles. 18/20 pt Revue du Vin de France. Maximaal drie flessen per klant.

Let op: laatste dozen in Baarn. Ook per fles af te halen of met DPD te verzenden!

    Luis Gutierrez voor The Wine Advocate 93 pt: I had never tasted the NV Vieux Macvin du Jura from Ganevat before. It is must of mostly Chardonnay with a little Savagnin blended with old Marc du Jura and aged in Burgundy barrels since 2003. The nose had strong aromas of aged grappa, some hints of apples, spices and dry nuts with more complexity than most MacVins I know. The palate shows great integration of the alcohol and very good balance between sweetness, acidity and alcohol (although this is bottled at 17.5% alcohol...), which makes it dangerously easy to drink. This has to be among the best MacVin I've ever had and reminded me of the legendary Vin de Liqueur from Monsieur Overnoy. Sip it slowly in front of the chimney. Somehow the aged spirit aromas always make me think of Asturias, in the north of Spain, where these spirits are quite common.
