Allocatiewijn

Van deze wijn krijgen we een beperkte allocatie. We proberen die zo eerlijk mogelijk te verdelen. Hierbij krijgen klanten die elk jaar, ongeacht het oogstjaar deze wijn afnemen en ook andere wijnen uit assortiment bestellen voorrang. Sommige wijnen zijn eigenlijk bij voorbaat uitverkocht, maar soms komt er – afhankelijk van oogst en afzeggingen – toch nog wat beschikbaar. Uw belangstelling kunt u bij deze kenbaar maken. Let op: definitieve prijs en allocatie zijn op dit moment nog niet bekend.

Helaas zijn de wijnen van Vincent Dauvissat vele malen overtekend. Zoals op de site wordt uitgelegd krijgen vaste klanten en klanten die breder uit het assortiment bestellen voorrang bij de verdeling. De allocatie 2024 (jaargang 2022) is reeds verdeeld, de allocatie 2025 (jaargang 2023) wordt in het voorjaar 2025 verdeeld.

    The 2022 Chablis Les Clos Grand Cru may not quite have the flair of the Les Preuses on the nose-not quite as complex-yet it still offers enticing yellow plum, almond and orange rind aromas. This is surprisingly linear – a bouquet with a sense of direction. The palate is well-balanced with impressive nervosité from the start: focused and equipped with tangible salinity, a little dried honey ad pepperiness surfacing on the detailed finish. This will be a fabulous Chablis, but my money’s on the Les Preuses to be best in show. Drinking window 2032-2055.

    Chablis Grand Cru Les Clos 2020: over compleet gesproken, dit heeft alles wat Chablis groots maakt, zoet citrusfruit, appel, groente, vuursteen, licht kruidig, krachtig maar heel verfijnd; enorm intens, gedefinieerd en fijn geschakeerd, prachtige balans, zuren, bitters, enorm lang. Juli 2021

    Deeper-pitched than the ethereal Preuses, the 2022 Chablis Grand Cru Les Clos exhibits aromas of ripe citrus fruits, peach, white flowers, beeswax, nutmeg and clam broth. Full-bodied, satiny and enveloping, it's textural and layered, with a deep and muscular core, concluding with a long, expansive finish.
